Our journey in real estate investing came out of necessity. When Keith’s mom developed Alzheimer’s and no longer was able to live alone, we began the process of renovating her home and preparing it for sale. The home required complete updating and would have been described as a typical fix & flip, with new flooring, kitchen, and baths. It wasn’t easy as both Keith & Fe worked full-time jobs. Spending every weekend and learning as we went, we soon developed the “bug”.

Now we have a solid team behind us and are ready to tackle any project. From minor remodels to new construction, from fix & flip to turn-key rentals, we find the best solution for every property. We get the work done timely by skilled craftsmen, and go to market with the best teams.

Keith & Fe reside in Milton, FL and have lived in the area for the past 21 years. They love to travel, both locally and abroad.

The son of an Air Force aircraft electrician and bookkeeper, Keith grew up in Crestview and had lived in the Florida panhandle for most of his life. He has spent 34 years in the convenience store industry in almost every role possible. He has led teams on both the retail and wholesale side with revenues in excess of $100M annually. He has spent the last 17 years in c-store wholesale working with retailers to grow their inside sales. Keith enjoys finding new food trucks and long runs on UWF’s campus.

Fe is from Cebu, Philippines and first came to Florida in 2002. She graduated from Medina College with a BS in Nursing and has spent most of her career as a nurse. She currently works with the University of West Florida. In addition to travel, Fe enjoys gardening, cooking, and bargain hunting.
